Your mission

Use technology and craftsmanship to keep fleets running. Partner with customers in the field to maintain and repair complex diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems with confidence and care.

Core responsibilities

• Leverage telematics to create/assign work orders, track service intervals, and accelerate root-cause diagnosis
• Execute maintenance and repairs on rental and customer-owned equipment with minimal supervision
• Document work thoroughly and on time in electronic systems
• Support parts ordering and the pick-up/delivery of equipment and components
• Travel to customer sites; keep your service vehicle organized and professional
• Model safe work habits; OSHA familiarity preferred
• Mentor developing technicians as opportunities arise
• Engage in year-round, company-sponsored OEM training
• Contribute to additional tasks as needed

What you bring

• Your own professional-grade tools
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment; can read and apply schematics/diagrams
• Strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills

Education & experience

• High school diploma required; trade school certificate preferred
• Prior field service, maintenance, or repair experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record; must be 21 to operate a company vehicle

Physical expectations

• Comfortably move, stand, stoop, and bend
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• May need to be clean shaven to access certain customer worksites
