- Train, schedule, and support a solid team that knows how to get things done
- Run daily huddles and safety check-ins to keep communication flowing
- Encourage cross-training so coverage is never an issue
- Build a culture of safety, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Oversee all the moving parts: receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
- Make sure everything’s labeled, documented, and quality-checked before it goes out
- Coordinate transfers between locations and keep records clean and accurate
- Adjust layouts and workflows to stay organized and efficient
- Monitor equipment use, inspections, and maintenance
- Keep the distribution center clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant
- Respond quickly to safety concerns and take action to prevent future issues
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
- Run regular cycle counts and spot checks to keep stock accurate
- Use proprietary software to track inventory, manage returns, and flag issues
- Partner with the Parts Manager to stay ahead of demand and avoid surprises
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and keep things dialed in
- Work alongside Service, Manufacturing, Parts, and Sales to meet shared goals
- Help improve processes and support updates to SOPs

Pay: $23.35 - $28.12 per hour
