Duties
- Manage rental agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and greeting clients.
- Maintain organized filing systems for rental documents and client information.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to keep records up to date.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks related to rental transactions.
- Assist in calendar management to schedule appointments and viewings effectively.
- Support administrative functions such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
- Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
