Role Description The Senior Vendor Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Saint Johns, FL. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with equipment vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for vendor partners and their sales teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new vendor partners, negotiating program terms, reviewing deal structures, and coordinating finance solutions that support vendors’ customers. The Senior Vendor Account Manager will track pipeline activity, prepare proposals, and collaborate with credit, operations, and leadership to ensure timely approvals and funding. The role also involves analyzing vendor performance, creating account plans, delivering training and presentations, and proactively identifying opportunities to expand ELGA’s presence in targeted markets.
Qualifications
- Strong vendor relationship management and account management skills, with experience supporting equipment vendors or similar partners.
- Proficiency in sales development, pipeline management, and negotiation, including the ability to structure competitive finance offerings.
- Solid analytical and financial acumen, with comfort reviewing deal economics, pricing, and basic credit considerations.
- Clear, professional communication skills, including presentation abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively across internal teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple vendor accounts, prioritize opportunities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in equipment finance, leasing, commercial lending, or B2B financial services strongly preferred.
