Ski Shop - Ski & Sport Clothing sales

Ski Shop Clothing Sales Associate

Join the Equipe Sport team this winter! We’re looking for friendly, motivated people who enjoy helping customers get ready for the mountain. If you know ski and snowboard clothing—or are excited to learn—we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll help customers find jackets, layers, gloves, goggles, and other accessories that fit their needs. You’ll receive product training and work alongside a team that also handles ski and snowboard equipment, rentals, and service.

What you’ll do

• Welcome customers and help them choose clothing and accessories.
• Learn our products and services so you can make helpful recommendations.
• Keep displays stocked and the shop clean and organized.
• Receive merchandise, check quantities, and flag discrepancies.
• Help the team with restocking and other daily shop tasks.

What we’re looking for

You communicate well, learn quickly, and stay helpful when the shop gets busy. Skiing or snowboarding experience is a plus, but it isn’t required. Retail or point of sale experience is also helpful.

This is an active role that involves standing for extended periods, using stairs regularly, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Some work may take place in wet or slippery conditions.

Schedule and benefits

Full-time and part-time positions are available. Full-time schedules may be arranged as five normal shifts or four longer days, and several part-time shifts are available. Applicants should be available for weekends and select holiday periods during the winter season. Overtime is often available.

Benefits include employee discounts, health insurance, and retirement benefits or accounts. This is an in-person position.
