Job Summary
The Manager, Reporting and Consolidations is responsible for supporting segment-level financial reporting, consolidations, and accounting operations within a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial results, perform variance analysis, and support month-end close activities. The position also plays a key role in system implementations, including data validation and user acceptance testing, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Strong expertise in financial consolidations, ERP systems, and advanced Excel functions is essential for success in this role.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare consolidated financial results and disclosures for segment-level reporting
- Perform profit and loss and balance sheet consolidations and eliminations
- Analyze financial data, including flux and variance analysis for income statements and balance sheets
- Support month-end close processes, financial reporting, and compliance requirements, including audit support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address reporting needs and resolve discrepancies
- Serve as a point of contact for financial reporting inquiries and ad hoc requests
- Participate in ERP system implementations, including user acceptance testing and data validation
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special accounting projects as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting or financial reporting experience
- Strong experience with financial consolidations and eliminations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, data validation, and complex formulas
- Experience with ERP systems, including Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and complex financial analysis
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
Work Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant accounting or financial reporting experience required
