Job Summary
The Product Operations Coordinator supports product development and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives by coordinating product lifecycle activities, tracking development milestones, maintaining product data, and ensuring critical deadlines are met. This role partners with cross-functional teams to support garment development, sample management, preproduction activities, and product information management while maintaining accurate data across multiple systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the execution of go-to-market (GTM) calendar activities to ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Coordinate product development activities, including prototype, fabric, and commercial sample tracking.
- Monitor garment development timelines and communicate project status to cross-functional teams.
- Support preproduction activities, including fit review coordination and finish and color approval processes.
- Maintain accurate product information and data across Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and other business systems.
- Verify the integrity and accuracy of product development data and documentation.
- Prepare reports and track development progress using Microsoft Office applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product development issues and maintain project timelines.
- Provide administrative and project coordination support throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Assist with process improvements and system updates as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a role requiring the management, analysis, or manipulation of large amounts of data.
- Experience in garment production, apparel manufacturing, product development, or a related industry preferred.
- Experience using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems required.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to learn new software applications and business systems quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
