Job Responsibilities
- Inspect cables using defined methods, operations, and specifications
- Utilize measuring devices such as dial indicators, micrometers, and scales to verify product accuracy
- Identify, accept, reject, or rework defective or malfunctioning units as needed
- Review blueprints, diagrams, customer specifications, and inspection instructions to ensure compliance
- Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process control and other quality assurance procedures
- Communicate effectively with assemblers, engineers, and management to resolve quality concerns
- Perform minor assembly tasks related to assigned inspection areas when required
- Maintain accurate inspection records and uphold high-quality standards throughout production processes
- Strong background in cable manufacturing and inspection
- Hands-on experience inspecting soldered and crimped cables per IPC-A-620 standards
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, diagrams, parts lists, and IPC manuals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with production, test, and engineering teams
- Proficiency with personal computers and related software applications
- Must be able to read and write English fluently
- Successful completion of a medical screening exam as required

- Work location: Oldsmar, FL
- Shift schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (1st shift)
- Overtime: Available on weekends as needed
