Job SummaryThe Clerical Assistant will provide administrative and data entry support to ensure accurate recordkeeping and efficient workflow. This role involves processing paperwork, researching work requests, updating systems, and coordinating with field teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Job ResponsibilitiesEnter and complete paper backlog records accurately.Research work requests for discrepancies such as incorrect addresses, outdoor sets, and alternate names.Update asset information in the system for outdoor sets.Generate new work requests as needed.Complete procedure reporting to close out inspections.Process NGD paperwork and contract items, including billing, approvals, and payments.Coordinate local appointments through field forces and research customer contact information.Create paper folders and job packets as required for district or surveillance activities.Perform back-office research involving work request numbers, account numbers, and related data.Job RequirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Ability to multitask effectively and manage priorities.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Work Experience0–2 years of clerical or administrative experience preferred.Additional Job DetailsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, onsite.Overtime: May be required.Work Arrangement: Fully onsite.Interview Process: One in-person meeting (meet and greet).$28.00 per hour 25-32544#ZR
