What You’ll Do
Legal & Case Support
- Assist with drafting, research, and case preparation
- Help move matters forward through organized follow-up and execution
- Prepare materials for client meetings, hearings, and internal strategy
- Support attorneys in maintaining momentum on active cases
Practice & Operational Support
- Help track deadlines, next steps, and case progress
- Convert discussions and meetings into actionable tasks
- Assist in organizing workflows and improving consistency
- Support billing coordination and case-related administrative processes
Client & Communication Support
- Draft communications and follow-ups
- Help ensure clients receive timely, professional responses
- Support coordination across matters and team members
Growth & Exposure
- Work closely with leadership on projects and initiatives
- Gain exposure to how a multi-location law firm operates
- Participate in improving systems, processes, and client experience

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed attorney (or pending licensure) in Ohio
- 0–3 years of experience preferred
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Strong follow-through and ownership mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
