The Work
(What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)
- Ownership of the Salesforce platform, driving ongoing optimization across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Scalable Flow automations and declarative solutions that streamline and improve business processes.
- User setup, permissions, roles, and Lightning UI enhancements to maintain a clean and efficient system.
- Resolution of system issues and production incidents with minimal disruption to the business.
- Close collaboration with IT and developers to support and enhance integrations with systems like SAP.
- Partnership with stakeholders to manage incoming requests, prioritize backlog, and drive delivery through tools like Jira.
- Dashboards and reporting that enable data-driven decision making across teams.
Needed Expertise
(What you need to succeed in the role)
- 5 years working as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Flow, automation tools, and declarative development.
- Hands-on work across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including data modeling, security, and platform limits.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues in production environments.
- Comfort working in agile environments using tools like Jira.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
Not Required But Nice To Have Expertise

- Exposure to SAP or other ERP integrations.
- Advanced Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder).
