The Work
(What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)
- Support HR operations by documenting processes, policies, and workflows.
- Streamline and improve existing People processes, contributing ideas to build more efficient and scalable practices.
- Organize and maintain accurate, confidential employee records.
- Partner with the People team on day-to-day tasks, including onboarding, scheduling, and data entry.
- Help coordinate communication between the People team and other internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing reports or summaries that support People team decision-making.
- Flag inconsistencies or gaps in existing documentation and help close them.
Needed Expertise
(What you need to succeed in the role)
- Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HR/People concepts (onboarding, employee data, documentation).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Process-oriented mindset and genuine interest in workflows and documentation.
- Proactive and quick learner, comfortable in dynamic environments.
- Comfortable working with Google Suite or similar tools for documentation and coordination.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
