We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Relocation Specialist to assist residents relocating during renovations of their unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, along with a solid understanding customer service, internal communication, data tracking and interpersonal skills. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple residents and their unique needs effectively. This role requires the ability to travel by car.
Duties
- Guide Residents through the relocation process, providing support and resources to ensure a smooth transition.
- Work alongside the construction team, management team and 3rd party vendors to coordinate resident Relocation such as movers, cleaning company, storage facilities etc.
- Communicate effectively with residents to understand their specific relocation needs and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and URA laws throughout the relocation process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing Resident inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including landlords, property managers, and local service providers.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, or previous relocation management experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with administrative processes and documentation.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and URA is desirable.
