Are you organized, customer-focused, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Relocation Sales & Client Services Coordinator to support our sales team, coordinate customer communications, and help ensure a smooth and positive relocation experience from start to finish.

This role serves as a key connection between customers, Sales Representatives, and Operations. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, managing details, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer service while supporting the overall success of the organization.

As a Relocation Sales & Client Services Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting customer satisfaction, sales effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

Your ability to manage communication, coordinate appointments, maintain accurate records, and provide responsive customer support will help create a seamless relocation experience while contributing to company growth and client retention.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Client Coordination

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
  • Assist customers with scheduling, service information, move updates, documentation requirements, and general questions
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the relocation process to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Support customers from initial inquiry through move completion


Sales Support & Appointment Coordination

  • Schedule estimates, customer consultations, networking events, and sales-related activities
  • Assist Sales Representatives with follow-up communications, administrative tasks, and account coordination
  • Help ensure customer expectations, service requirements, and scheduling details are accurately communicated
  • Provide preliminary pricing information and over-the-phone estimates for qualifying services when appropriate
  • Support lead tracking and customer follow-up activities


CRM & Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate customer records, activity notes, and lead information within CRM systems
  • Prepare service agreements, confirmations, proposals, and supporting documentation
  • Track customer interactions and sales activity to support reporting and operational coordination
  • Ensure electronic files and records remain organized and up to date
  • Assist with general office administration and departmental support as needed


Marketing & Business Development Support

  • Assist with marketing initiatives, promotional materials, and event coordination
  • Support outreach efforts and customer engagement activities
  • Help maintain marketing inventory and company collateral
  • Assist in identifying networking opportunities and community events that support business growth
  • Support internal projects and initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness


Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer-service mindset with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based software platforms
  • Experience in customer service, administrative support, sales support, relocation services, real estate, or related industries preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
