Volunteer Recruitment and Mobilization
- Conduct phone banking to recruit and mobilize volunteers for elections work
- Host voter outreach workshops to train and engage the volunteer base around elections work
- Help lead Days of Action for Equality Florida endorsed candidates throughout the state
- Support Equality Florida's elections work in your assigned region
- Past in-person organizing experience.

- Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- The successful candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to advancing Equality Florida's goals and objectives
- This is a temporary, full-time position (40 hours/week) with up to 4 positions available.
- Positions are located in: Central Florida, Miami, and Broward/Palm Beach.
- Applicants must live in Florida or be willing to relocate within reasonable timeframes.
- The salary for this position ranges from $50,000-$55,000 (annualized/prorated for the contract period), with exact salary depending on experience and location.
- This is a temporary position and does not include benefits.
- The schedule is 40 hours/week; weekend work is expected but will be balanced with adjusted weekday hours — organizers may exceed 40 hours/week, but if so, will accrue comp time to balance your work-life balance.
- The position start date is July 6, 2026, and the end date is November 6, 2026.
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
