Sales Development Representative (SDR) (Hospitality and Property Management)

The Role

Equal Access is partnering with a technology company serving short-term rental operators and boutique hospitality portfolios. Their platform focuses on smart automation and operational efficiency, and they are currently rebuilding their core technology stack from the ground up.

This is a real inflection point for the business, backed by investment and moving fast on product.


They are looking for an SDR who is genuinely phone-first. Not someone who hides behind sequences and waits for replies, but someone who picks up the phone, runs volume, and books meetings through actual conversations. The AI tools are there to make you sharper and faster, not to replace your voice. This is a high-rep, high-feedback environment. You will dial 100 times a day, book four qualified demos daily for the AE team, and be expected to ramp quickly.

This role is NOT:

  • A marketing-assisted inbound role or a sequences-and-wait approach to pipeline
  • Remote or hybrid, you are in the NYC office every day
  • A place to learn the basics of outbound from scratch
  • Right for someone who treats rejection as a reason to slow down


Required Experience & Traits

  • 1 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, ideally selling to SMBs or mid-market buyers
  • Proven phone-first track record, you have hit 100 dials per day and booked meetings through real conversations, not automation alone
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Clay, Apollo AI, or similar), with specific examples of how you have used them to prospect, research, or write faster and better
  • Strong verbal communication: you sound confident, curious, and human on the phone, and you can read a conversation and adapt in real time
  • Clean written outreach: your cold emails get opened because they sound like you, not like a generic AI blast
  • Comfortable with a modern sales stack (CRM, dialers, sequencers, sales intelligence tools)
  • Thick skin and short memory. You treat rejection as data and move to the next call without drama
  • A degree is not required. Demonstrated output and a track record of over-achievement matter more


Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Ownership

  • Make 100 outbound dials per day to property managers and hospitality operators across North America
  • Research accounts, craft personalized outreach, and follow up relentlessly until you reach a clear yes or a hard no
  • Run multi-touch sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn, using AI-assisted personalization delivered in your own voice

Demo Booking & Lead Qualification

  • Book four qualified demos per day for the Account Executive team
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them to the right AE with crisp, complete handoff notes
  • Master Suite Op's ICP, pain points, and talk tracks within 30 days so you can hold a real conversation without leaning on a script

AI Workflows & Sales Tooling

  • Use AI tools to research accounts, personalize messaging, and prepare for every call
  • Experiment with new workflows, build prompts or processes that speed up prospecting or writing, and share wins with the team
  • Keep CRM records complete and current: every call, every note, every next step

Commercial Partnership

  • Partner with AEs to build territory plans and work target account lists together
  • Feed market intelligence back to marketing and product: what is landing, what is not, and why
  • Represent Suite Op at local NYC industry events and meetups


Compensation

  • Base salary: $75,000 to $90,000
  • Uncapped commission, with OTE of $100,000 to $125,000
  • Equity ownership
  • 401(k) match and health insurance
