What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations and Consulting Associate position at EqualAccess?
EqualAccess is hiring an associate to support both our consulting and recruiting work. This is a hands-on role inside a growing company - ideal for someone who wants exposure to how businesses actually operate and scale.
What you’ll do:
- Support client engagements (SOPs, workflows, documentation, and operational systems)
- Assist with recruiting (sourcing, screening, coordination)
- Help improve internal operations, tools, and processes
- Contribute to tech/AI implementation and workflow efficiency
What we’re looking for:
- 2-3 years of work experience
- Highly driven individual with an ownership mentality and a proactive mindset
- Strong communicator with a willingness to learn quickly
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, startup environment
- Interested in business operations, talent, and how companies actually run
- Preferred: Strong knowledge of Excel, SOPs, Project Management, LLM's

Compensation: Contract role with a high probability of converting to full-time. Equivalent to $55,000–$65,000 annually commission/bonus.
