We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist who’s eager to grow with us. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, curious, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and believes the recruiting process is broken and inefficient.
What You'll Do:
In this early-stage, founder-led environment, you’ll wear multiple hats and play a core role in how we recruit, support candidates, and run the business. You will:
- Source, engage, and screen talent across multiple platforms and pipelines.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.
- Manage day-to-day candidate communication, follow-ups, and workflow - and lead your own candidate conversations as you grow.
- Support founders with search execution, research, project management, and operational tasks that keep the business running.
- Maintain clean, organized data across our systems and help refine processes to improve speed and quality.
- Contribute to our “beyond placement” model by supporting onboarding and post-placement coaching workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - you’re clear, concise, and comfortable speaking with candidates at all levels.
- Genuine interest in recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent development; 1 year of experience in recruiting, sales, or a client-facing role is a big plus.
- A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative, asks smart questions, and thrives in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
- Comfortable navigating LinkedIn and other sourcing tools; curious about new platforms and willing to test, learn, and iterate.
