We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Insurance Producer to drive new business development with a focus on real estate, contractor, and cannabis industry clients. This mid-level position is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in commercial lines who is ready to build and expand a book of business in high-growth verticals. The role offers a in person work environment with the flexibility to balance prospecting, client meetings, and relationship building.

The role requires regular client meetings, networking events, and prospect visits, balanced with dedicated time for proposal preparation and account marketing. Successful candidates will be comfortable managing their pipeline independently while remaining connected to the team.

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license - required
• 3-5 years of commercial insurance production experience
• Demonstrated track record of new business development and meeting sales goals
• Strong knowledge of commercial package policies, general liability, property, and workers' compensation
• Experience with at least one of the following industries: real estate, construction/contractors, or cannabis
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong prospecting skills and self-motivation to drive business growth
• Proficiency with agency management systems and CRM tools
