What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Behavioral Health Review Specialist position at eQ Brand?
Review of all historical clinical documents related to behavioral health treatment.
Complete face-to-face interviews/observations of your
Interview family/guardian and other available parties to obtain psychosocial information
Serve as the behavioral health representative on the multi-disciplinary team
Complete behavioral health treatment component of the youth’s Master Treatment Plan developing treatment recommendations, frequencies, duration and measurable treatment goals and objectives
Make recommendations for behavioral health treatment settings
Update goals in collaboration with facility behavioral health service provider
Make recommendations for discharge planning
Responsible for completing and submitting assessment reviews within the respective timeline, adhering to quality benchmarks and contractual specifications, utilizing electronic utilization management system.
