- Position: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7AM-7PM
- Starting Pay: Competitive at $17.00 /hour, based on experience
About the Role
As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) at Epworth Villa, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our residents’ health and happiness. Working alongside a dedicated team and under the supervision of an RN, you’ll bring comfort, care, and professionalism to everything you do.
Your Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed and PRN medications accurately and on schedule.
- Keep medication records up-to-date and follow all safety protocols.
- Monitor and document vital signs and other key health indicators.
- Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and workspace.
- Be vigilant in observing changes in residents’ behavior, appearance, and health, and report promptly.
- Collaborate with your team to provide the highest standard of care.
Qualifications We’re Looking For
- Certification: Certified Medication Aide in Oklahoma.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- CPR/First Aid: Current certification through the American Heart Association.
- Personality: Upbeat, engaging, and passionate about working with seniors.
- Physical Ability: Able to occasionally lift or exert 50–100 pounds of force.
- Prior Assisted Living and/or Memory Care experience a plus preferred!
