Epworth Security Systems specializes in modern access control, cloud-managed security systems, CCTV integration, and smart intercom solutions for multi-family, student housing, and commercial spaces across the DC Metro region.We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Lead Access Control Integration Technician who can confidently run job sites, drive project productivity, and deliver high-quality installations.What You’ll Do• Lead access control and CCTV installation/integration projects from start to finish• Delegate tasks to junior technicians while handling complex system work• Configure, terminate, and troubleshoot controllers, readers, cameras, panels, and relays• Ensure installation quality, code compliance, and accurate execution of project plans• Conduct onsite technical assessments and communicate with project management• Coordinate daily workflow with property staff, GCs, and other trades• Maintain proper documentation, testing, and reporting throughout each projectWhat You Bring• 3–5 years of hands-on access control and CCTV integration experience• Solid understanding of relay logic, system networking, and structured cabling• Proven leadership with the ability to supervise and mentor field staff• Ability to read and execute wiring diagrams, drawings, and scopes of work• Professional communication skills and client-facing experience• Strong ownership mindset and ability to meet deadlines independently• Ability to lift 75 lbs., use ladders/lifts, and perform minor construction tasks• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and required tools• OSHA 30 and manufacturer certifications (PDK, DoorKing, Lenel, etc.) preferredCompany DescriptionAs a full-service electronics integration company, Epworth Security Systems provides comprehensive protection customized to your specific needs.
