Role Description The Web Specialist is a part-time, hybrid role based in Athens, GA, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for maintaining and updating the company websites, including refreshing content, optimizing layouts, and ensuring brand consistency across all pages. Daily tasks include collaborating with the events and marketing teams to showcase current offerings, uploading new images and event portfolios, and implementing basic front-end changes. The Web Specialist monitors site performance and user behavior, recommends improvements to enhance usability and engagement, and helps ensure the site reflects Epting Events’ visual and storytelling standards. Occasional on-site collaboration may be needed for content planning, photography coordination, and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess web design skills, including layout, visual design, and responsive design best practices.
- Candidates should possess front-end development and general web development skills for implementing and testing updates.
- Candidates should possess Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) skills to style pages and maintain consistent branding.
