Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support financial transformation initiatives within the security services and retail operations environment. The ideal candidate will optimize financial workflows, improve operational controls, enhance compliance, and support automated process implementations across large-scale retail ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial process assessments covering AP, AR, GL, budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and financial reporting.
- Define and standardize financial best practices tailored to security guard operations, patrol services, and retail operational structures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation across finance workflows using any of the tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, Power Automate, Work Fusion, Camunda, Automation Edge, Aka Bot, and Stack Storm.
- Oversee system improvements including workflow automation, process optimization, and integration with ERP or financial platforms.
- Ensure SOX, audit, compliance, and risk-control frameworks are embedded in all financial operations.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support financial transformation roadmaps for multi-location retail operations with high workforce volume.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7 years of experience as a Finance SME, Financial Analyst, or Finance Process Lead.
- Experience in high-volume, distributed operations (security, retail, logistics, or field services).
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, cost allocation, workforce billing, payroll integration, and automated financial reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience designing or working with automation workflows using at least one of the following: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, MS Power Automate, Work Fusion, Camunda, Automation Edge, Aka Bot, Stack Storm.
- Proficiency with ERP platforms (Oracle, Workday Financials, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
