Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping Duties:
- Manage daily financial transactions using QuickBooks.job-boards.greenhouse.io 1baselinesoftware.com 1
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and loan servicing platforms.
- Maintain organized records of borrower payments, interest accruals, and investor distributions.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and cash flow analysis.
- Track loan servicing income and expenses.
Loan Processing Duties:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing loan documents and borrower files.
- Input borrower and property data into CRM and lending platforms.
- Coordinate with title companies, insurance agents, and escrow officers.job-boards.greenhouse.io 1job-boards.greenhouse.io 1
- Monitor wire transfers, loan payoffs, and document collection.
- Ensure compliance with internal lending policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience; real estate or lending experience preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with private lending, hard money, or real estate investing is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
