Project Manager

Join a fast-growing leader in Single-Use Technologies (SUT) supporting cutting-edge bioprocessing and advanced therapies. We design and manufacture complex flow paths, engineered components, and custom assemblies through rapid prototyping, injection molding, and full product development.
We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead cross-functional product development projects from concept through launch. You must have experience in a manufacturing environment and some knowledge of Injection molding and assembly.
What You’ll Do
- Lead product development projects across engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
- Build project scope, charters, schedules, budgets, and ROI analyses.
- Drive execution—owning timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment.
- Identify risks early and escalate when needed to protect scope, schedule, and quality.
- Communicate clear, concise project updates to leadership.
- Improve PM processes, tools, SOPs, and documentation.
What You Bring
- 5 years managing cross-functional product development projects.
- PMP or formal PM training (preferred).
- Experience in biotech, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing (GMP/lab).
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Proficiency in PM tools Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
