Warehouse worker / Production

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker / Production Associate to join our manufacturing facility. This role involves supporting daily operations on the production floor, handling materials, and ensuring efficient workflow within the warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess relevant factory experience, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with assembly line processes to contribute effectively to our team.

Duties

• Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move and organize materials within the warehouse.
• Assist with assembly line tasks, including parts handling, component assembly, and quality checks.
• Use hand tools for equipment maintenance, minor repairs, or adjustments as needed.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring proper storage and inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote safety and efficiency.
• Support manufacturing processes by preparing raw materials and packaging finished products.
• Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly line procedures are highly desirable.
• Ability to operate forklifts and power tools safely; certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and use of hand tools.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks efficiently.
• Experience with factory equipment, assembly processes, or manufacturing workflows is advantageous.

Pay: Up to $17.50 per hour
