- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Assist with order picking, packing, and staging using reach trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts to ensure swift processing of goods.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols; operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
- Manage stock levels through accurate inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and cycle counts; utilize warehouse distribution systems like AS400 or MRP software.
- Ensure proper packaging standards are maintained for all shipments to prevent damage during transit; prepare shipping documents with attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Support warehouse operations including order fulfillment, stocking, order picking, and the use of RF scanners for real-time data entry. Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required for effective bilingual communication across teams and external partners.
- Proven experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or MRP software is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with shipping & receiving processes within a warehouse setting; familiarity with E-commerce logistics is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely; forklift certification preferred.
- Strong basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to order fulfillment.
- Prior warehouse experience involving picking & packing, load & unload activities, and stock management.
