Duties
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to attract new clients and expand existing accounts within various industries.
- Conduct warm calling campaigns to connect with potential clients, understand their staffing needs, and present customized solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates alike.
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications
- Fluency in English and another language is required; strong bilingual communication skills are essential.
