- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing value and technical benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that boost lead generation and brand awareness in assigned territories.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Support account management efforts by upselling relevant products or services to maximize revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or B2B sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques including negotiation, cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
- Knowledge of technology products or services is highly desirable; experience in technical sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective territory management plans.
