EPS Security is seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Services Manager to lead our Customer Care and Administration departments. This role is essential to ensuring operational excellence, employee development, and a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach employees; supervise daily operations to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify employee development needs and establish individualized growth plans.
- Provide mentorship, conduct performance evaluations, and manage corrective action processes.
- Oversee the full revenue cycle, including billing, accounts receivable, and collections.
- Create and implement a comprehensive Customer Care training program.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Monitor team performance using key metrics and KPIs; provide coaching and generate regular reports.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints; collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Work closely with other department managers and executives to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of billing, accounting, collections, and applicable regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and staffing to meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills for effective customer interactions.
