We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epoxy Floor Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing durable epoxy flooring systems in residential and commercial spaces. Your expertise will help transform spaces with high-quality finishes while ensuring safety, precision, and efficiency on every project.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing floors to ensure proper adhesion of epoxy coatings
- Mix and apply epoxy resins according to manufacturer specifications, ensuring even coverage and optimal finish quality
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and install flooring materials accurately
- Read blueprints, schematics, and floor plans to execute installation projects correctly
- Perform floor repairs, surface leveling, and water damage restoration as needed
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold safety standards
Skills
- Construction estimating and blueprint reading skills for accurate project planning
- Extensive experience in flooring installation, tile laying, and concrete finishing
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, caulking, buffing equipment, and schematics interpretation
- Knowledge of water damage restoration, floor care, remodeling, and fixture installation
- Carpentry skills including trim carpentry, cabinet installation, and construction painting
- Experience with restoration industry practices and handyman tasks
- Ability to read construction plans and schematics effectively
- Strong understanding of schematics for fixture installation and restoration projects
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship
