Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6
- Perform resource planning and analysis across complex, multi-phase projects
- Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure milestone alignment
- Generate reports and dashboards using Power BI and SharePoint
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Interface directly with clients on schedule performance and updates
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data integrity
Experience Required:
- 5 years of experience in project scheduling, program management, or engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6
- Proven experience managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Experience working on complex, large-scale projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
