Location: Houston, TX (5 days onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
W2 Only
Responsibilities:
- Support software and business system projects across multiple teams
- Gather and document business requirements and meeting notes
- Track project tasks, timelines, and action items
- Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and process documentation
- Coordinate with business users, project managers, and technical teams
- Assist with testing activities and issue tracking
- Help improve operational and project workflows
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, IT, Analytics, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Exposure to software projects, internships, or project coordination work
- Professional attitude with willingness to learn in a corporate environment
- Ability to work fully onsite in downtown Houston
