As a Junior Business Analyst, you will support software and operational initiatives by helping teams stay organized, document requirements, track project activities, and communicate effectively across stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assist with gathering and documenting business and system requirements
- Support software and project teams with coordination and tracking activities
- Participate in meetings with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders
- Help maintain project documentation, action items, and status updates
- Support process improvement and operational initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met
- Analyze and organize information to support business decisions and project execution
- Learn and apply Business Analysis and project management best practices
- Provide administrative and coordination support for ongoing technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Information Systems, IT, Analytics, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
- Recent graduate or 0–1 years of professional experience
- Exposure to software projects through internships, coursework, student organizations, or academic projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a collaborative, professional environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a Business Analyst career path
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project coordination experience
- Exposure to Agile, Scrum, Jira, or ServiceNow
