Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 Base
Overview
Hiring for a Sr. Territory Account Manager with a growing global biopharmaceutical company. This individual will drive territory growth across a specialty portfolio spanning Oncology, Retina, and Immunology, while managing key health systems, IDNs, specialty clinics, and community accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive territory growth and achieve sales objectives across specialty accounts
- Manage relationships with healthcare stakeholders and decision-makers across institutional and community accounts
- Drive growth across oncology, immunology, and retina
- Navigate buy-and-bill, reimbursement, formulary/access, and account economics.
Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Oncology experience highly preferred
- Retina/Immunology experience is a plus
- Understanding of institutional account management in buy-and-bill environments
- Knowledge or reimbursement, and formulary processes
- Established relationships throughout the territory
- Strong track record of success
