Base Salary: $180,000-$220,000
Overview
Growing oncology biotech seeking a Senior Oncology Sales Specialist to drive adoption and utilization of a targeted oncology therapy across South Carolina and Georgia. This individual will develop strategic territory plans, build relationships with key oncology stakeholders, and achieve sales objectives in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive territory performance and achieve sales goals.
- Build relationships with oncologists, nurses, practice managers, and key account stakeholders.
- Deliver clinical education and compelling product discussions.
- Execute strategic business plans to increase product adoption.
- Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, MSLs, Nurse Educators, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- 6 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience.
- Oncology and/or rare disease experience required.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Strong clinical acumen and account management skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred
- Breast cancer experience.
- Product launch experience.
- Market access or reimbursement knowledge.
- Experience thriving in a small, entrepreneurial biotech environment.
