Clinical Specialist

You would be working with a global specialty pharmaceutical company developing and commercializing innovative therapies for patients with severe genetic, metabolic, and life-threatening disorders. As the company continues to expand its clinical footprint, we're seeking a CRA to help drive the successful execution of clinical studies across North America.

You'll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clinical sites, supporting studies from start-up through close-out while ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities include:

• Site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
• Building strong relationships with investigators and site staff
• Driving data quality, protocol compliance, and study execution
• Supporting patient recruitment and site performance
• Maintaining inspection-ready study documentation
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Clinical Operations and study teams
  
  

• 2-4 years of clinical research experience
• CRA, Clinical Research Coordinator, or similar clinical operations background
• Independent monitoring experience
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical trial conduct
• Passion for quality, collaboration, and improving patient outcomes
