Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and execution of global clinical trials across multiple oncology programs.
- Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and budget management.
- Build and mentor a high-performing Clinical Operations team.
- Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Data Management.
- Drive operational excellence and timely delivery of clinical milestones.
- Represent Clinical Operations in governance meetings and external partnerships.
Key Qualificiations
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences (advanced degree preferred).
- 10 years of clinical operations experience, including 5 years in oncology.
- Proven leadership in managing global Phase I-III trials.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with vendor oversight and budget management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
