Senior Clinical Marketing Manager, POC Diagnostics
Location: Onsite in Princeton, NJ
A globally established leader in Medical Device/Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Clinical Marketing Manager to join a high‑performing, growth‑oriented business unit. This is a newly created, high‑visibility role that will play a critical part in shaping how innovative diagnostic solutions are adopted across Emergency Medicine settings worldwide.
This senior leader will blend hands‑on clinical experience in Emergency or Critical Care with strategic commercial and marketing expertise to drive market adoption, thought leadership, and global portfolio positioning. Reporting into senior leadership, this role will influence strategy across product marketing, medical affairs, and commercial teams and directly impact clinical and economic outcomes in acute care environments.
Responsibilities
- Act as the clinical and workflow expert for Emergency Medicine, identifying adoption drivers for point‑of‑care diagnostics
- Lead customer site visits to uncover workflow barriers and opportunities
- Translate clinical insights into commercial strategies, messaging, and field tools
- Develop a clinical playbook to support consultative selling across emergency care settings
- Partner cross‑functionally to turn clinical evidence into compelling value propositions
- Lead advisory boards and KOL engagement to drive thought leadership and market shaping
Qualifications
- RN, Nursing, or medical background with direct experience in Emergency Medicine and/or Critical Care
- 5 years of marketing, clinical marketing, or market access experience within Medical Devices, Diagnostics, or related healthcare industries
- Proven ability to translate clinical insights into strategies that drive commercial adoption
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills
