Manager, Commercial Operations
Location: Madison, Wisconsin (on-site)

EPM is partnered with an excellent CDMO to hire a Manager, Commercial Operations. This individual plays a key role in the Commercial Operations team by overseeing the commercial management of existing customer projects and products. They will collaborate closely with business development, project management, and site teams to deliver effective solutions for customers and to maximize the impact of the business unit's capabilities. This opportunity is located in their rapidly-growing, innovative site in Madison, Wisconsin.
You'd have the opportunity to:
- Be the primary relationship manager for incoming customers, ensuring high-class communication and collaboration
- Evaluate customer products, providing long-term demand, growth, and life-cycle success
- Partner with Business Development and Project Management to facilitate communication with key internal stakeholders
- Manage long-term relationships for existing and incoming commercial supply contracts
Preferred Experience:
- 5 years of experience in biopharma/medical device manufacturing, quality, or business management
- Industry knowledge of biologic development, manufacturing, and regulatory is required
- Must possess excellent communication and ability to execute under pressure
- Contract negotiation experience preferred
- Ability to commute on-site in Madison, WI (client is open to relo)
