Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the lesson plans provided by the full-time teacher, ensuring that activities are carried out as scheduled.
- Monitor student progress and provide support where needed.

- Build rapport with students using a relational approach to encourage participation and learning.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and think on your feet to address classroom challenges.
- Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preference for degrees in Arts, World Languages, Science, English, or Math.
- Prior classroom or teaching experience is a plus.

- A relational approach to working with students and a commitment to their academic and personal growth.
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to new situations in the classroom.
- Initiative in taking on additional responsibilities when needed.
- Access to a computer and proficiency with basic technology are required.
