This role involves assisting in the daily operation of the department with primary emphasis on distribution of material and control of inventory.The position is physically active an demands a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Work Type (Onsite):This position will be based onsite at our Delhi, IA facility. This job opening is not eligible for immigration/work visa sponsorship

Sign-On Bonus Available
This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus, payable to new hires who meet the program's eligibility criteria. Details will be provided during the interview process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including organizing storage areas.
- Cycle Count Generation.
- Print/Distribute cycle counts.
- Enter cycle count data.
- Post-cycle count after approval.
- Enter purchased receipts into Syteline.
- Scan packing slips; electronic storage.
- Organize & File packing slips.
- Generate negative on hand report and obtain disposition direction.
- Electronically update location moves.
- New Kanban cards or changes.
- Labor Trak maintenance for Kanban items.
- Perform Syteline maintenance of item master fields.
Knowledge/Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics (preferably in a manufacturing setting).
- Demonstrates excellent customer service abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Thrives in team-oriented environments and actively contributes to internal initiatives.
Skills and Abilities:
- Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with effective organizational abilities.
- Basic math and computer skills (e.g., shipping software, inventory systems).
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 60 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
