Job Description:
The Lead Service Specialist assists the Supervisor or Manager in leading the workflow of the Service Specialists. In this pivotal role you will provide various administrative support which may include copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services. Essential Job Responsibilities
Hospitality Services including maintaining visitor's offices, conference rooms and collaboration space
Assign production tasks to team members
Work independently on print/copy/scan production assignments without direct supervision
Ensure all projects have been properly completed and quality checked
Work to resolve work issues or complaints such as: lost parcel, damaged package, untimely deliveries
Food service and meeting room configuration
Assist management with training new hires on all processes
Other duties may include, mail, distribution services, copy, print, records, facilities && reception
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years work experience, preferably in a mail or production, copy, print or scanning environment
Ability to lead others in a professional manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaints
Ability to multitask with attention to detail
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
Preferred Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
The Compensation range for this role is up to 23.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
