Epiphany Wellness is a multi-state, fully licensed and accredited behavioral health organization serving New Jersey, Tennessee, and Massachusetts. We provide a comprehensive range of substance use disorder and mental health services grounded in evidence-based clinical practices, holistic approaches, and individualized treatment planning. We are seeking a dedicated Therapist/Clinician to join our clinical team. In this role, you will support a caseload of clients through individual therapy, group facilitation, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical support. You will play a central role in guiding clients through their healing journey and helping them build the skills needed to sustain long-term well-being.

What You’ll Do
Facilitate group therapy sessions
Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions
Conduct crisis intervention and clinical support when needed
Complete documentation within required timeframes
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
Conduct psychosocial and biopsychosocial assessments
Engage families and external providers as appropriate
Maintain communication with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary staff
Uphold all professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinical or Executive Director

What You’ll Need
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related human services field
Minimum of 1 year behavioral health, mental health, or substance use counseling experience
LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC I, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation skills
