Pay: $17.00 per hour, (sleep shifts $13.00 per hour)
Locations: Lucas and Wood County
Available Schedules: Part-Time Weekends, 12 hour shifts -1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts (sleep & awake)
Anticipated Hours: 12-24 hours

Responsibilities include assisting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities live their best lives:
- Provide respectful, person-centered support in daily living tasks
- Assist with personal care: ambulation, bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.
- Engage individuals in social, recreational, and community activities
- Prepare meals, cleaning, laundry, and household tasks
- Transport individuals safely to appointments or social outings
- Encourage personal growth and achievement of goals
- Accurately document activities, incidents, and client progress
- Communicate professionally with team members, families, and clients
- Participate in required paid training and team meetings
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (fewer than 6 points)
- Proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass BCI/FBI background checks and required screenings
