What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Fleet Service Manager position at Epika Fleet Services, Inc.?
As a RegionalFleet Service Manager with Fleet Mobile Maintenance, you must be able to work independently in the field as well as collaborate with the fleet team, often with minimal supervision.
Previous experience or working knowledge of Class 8 diesel systems and medium- to heavy-duty vehicle maintenance is a MUST.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead and support a team of Mobile Technicians within the assigned region, with some regional travel required.

Ensure daily operations are safe, efficient, and productive.

Communicate regularly with technicians and management to support field operations.

When not in the field assisting technicians, focus on sales efforts, including prospecting new accounts and supporting business growth.

Work directly with customers to resolve urgent service needs and maintain strong relationships.

Mechanical or industry knowledge is a Must*, especially with Class 8 tractor- trailers.

Stay organized, act with urgency, and continuously look for ways to improve processes.

Comfortable using computers, including Excel and Microsoft Office.

Perform other duties as needed to support operations
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE
- High School Diploma or GED Preferred
- 50 % travel within designated region
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a management or leadership role
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience Sales
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Mechanical experience and knowledge on Class 8 Tractor-Trailers
- Must be at least 21 yrs. of age
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
- This is a salaried position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Due to the nature of the role, flexibility is required, including availability after hours, on-call support, and occasional extended hours related to travel or field needs to ensure technician safety and operational support.
