What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Coordinator, Payroll position at Epika Fleet Services?
HR Coordinator, Payroll
Remote | Full-Time
Reports to: HR Manager, Payroll/Systems
Are you the person people come to when they need something fixed, found, or figured out — and you actually follow through until it's done? We're looking for an HR Coordinator, Payroll who is organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping people. You'll be the front line for employee questions and a key part of keeping payroll accurate and on time across our brands.
This is a remote, full-time role on a small, collaborative HR team. Payroll experience is a plus, not a requirement. What matters most is that you're organized, careful with details, and customer-focused.
