Position OverviewThis role plays a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll be responsible for managing invoicing and billing, tracking inventory of parts and chemicals, and supporting office operations across the business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying organized, and takes ownership of getting things done accurately and efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesInvoicing & Billing- Create and manage invoices for completed work
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of all billing
- Follow up with internal teams to gather any missing information needed for invoicing
- Help ensure all billable work is captured and processed
- Track and manage inventory levels for parts and chemicals
- Maintain accurate inventory records and usage tracking
- Reorder stock as needed to prevent operational delays
- Coordinate with team members on inventory needs and usage
- Monitor inventory trends and flag discrepancies
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Keep internal records organized and up to date
- Support administrative needs across departments
- Help maintain structure and organization in day-to-day operations
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Experience with invoicing, billing, or administrative operations
- Comfortable managing inventory and tracking supplies
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
