What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at EPIC Steak?
Seeking professional server(s) with fine dining experience. This is a very important role for us and we rely heavily on our serving staff to be team orientated and passionate about hospitality. They manage the pulse of the dining room and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.

Requirements/Responsibilities
- At least 2 years of experience at a fine dining establishment
- A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service
- Must have a commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
- Punctual, patient, and mindful of relationships with colleagues and guests
- Good understanding of wine, cocktails and beer
- Working knowledge of and experience with POS systems
- Excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good team player
- Provide warm, professional & knowledgeable service
- The ability to multi task and work well in a high volume work environment
- Fluent in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Must have valid or be able obtain a food handler card in first 30 days
